The Twinning Project Developing cooperation between higher education institutions, the private sector and relevant public bodies was initiated in July 2016 and will last 14 months. It is funded by the European Union with a budget of 750.000 EUR.
The Ministry of Education and Science, which is the main beneficiary institution of this project, co-operates with a consortium of institutions from France and the United Kingdom in order to reinforce its administrative capacities.
