On 29-th and 30-th of June, 2017, at the premises of YES Foundation of Skopje, training on how to create online courses, delivered by an expert from the organization „Future 21“, from Bulgaria, was held. Twenty representatives of civil society and public organizations various cities of the country, took part in the training. As a result of this training, they will be able to create online courses for their beneficiaries needs.

During the 2-day training, the participants collaborated, thus learning the key instruments of the platform, creating a pilot-course in a practical way, and networking through their newly created profiles. The participants pointed out that the presented instruments and the online platform itself will enable e-learning for their users and will overcome the territorial gap in the informal education of the young people.

YES Foundation is lead partner of the project consortium, together with „Future 21“, ZIP Institute and Roma Women Organization from Macedonia „DAJA“, and implements the project „Facilitating integration of ethnic minorities at the labor market through enhancement of their employment potentials“ funded by European Union. The training is part of the final project activities, which started in December, 2015 and will last until August, 2017.

Among the main project achievements are the 5 registered startup companies and trained over 370 young people and women from different ethnic communities, who acquired qualifications for increased competitiveness at the labor market though several trainings in IT, English language, starting a business and carrier counseling.
