Video clips “Carpe Diem”, “This is not the right way” and “I can” is part of the project “Pilot Action for Access to the Rights of the Work of Persons with Disabilities”, which is implemented by the partner organizations Polio Plus – Disability Movement and the LINK Association, Mostar Bosnia and Herzegovina and is financed by the Delegation of the European Union and the CFCD/ Ministry of Finance through the IPA Operational Program for Human Resources Development in the area of social inclusion at the local level.

Overall objective of the project is to contribute to the approach of persons with disability to the recognized human right to work in the country.

The specific objective is promotion of inclusion of persons with disability in employment and self-employment in the country.

People with disabilities have the right to work and employment, although they are often excluded from the labor market.

The reason for exclusion is most often related to inaccessibility of the workplace, prejudice, lack of opportunities for adjusting the existing experiences and knowledge on the labor market, thus making the disabled people socially excluded.
